Electronic timers have been developed for F1B Wakefield, notably the Black Magic timer developed by Roger Morell, who pioneered the production of extremely light weight multi-function timers.
The only other commercially available electronic timer I'm aware of is the Sidus F1Q which integrates RCDT into its control unit. This became available during 2009.
